You know it is easy to criticise and make fun of others when you are on the other side of the victory. I am sure had the result gone the other way, we would be seeing Italian supporters disappointed beyond belief and posting similar Questions and answers. How many posts do we see about the elimination of Italy in 2002. Disappointment and opinions on losses can last a long time.French fans are/were devastated just as any other supporter from any other nation would be at losing a WC Final. It's hard to swallow such a big loss. Be a bit gracious and let them mourn their loss. Besides I have not seen anyone "crying" of late. Every time a supporter of France gives an opinion, someone accuses them of crying or being bad losers. They are simply posting an opinion, like you. As for having no pride, that's a sad statement Dikk, everyone has pride in their Nation and those that represent them.

Firstly , France deserved to win the world cup. Secondly , italy won by cheating (not every1 , but Matarazzi).Then whats wrong if the French team cried?If u dont get sumthin tht u deserved ,then u must cry.French dont hav 2 hide their emotions coz they deserved 2 win.
And Dikk, for ur kind information , Zidane is a great plaer who couldnt simply stand and watch some idiot insulting his family.He respected his mom and sis and did the right thing.Even i would do the same if I was in his place.Everyone knows tht Zidane plays really well and he is a PRIDE on the world.Get it?

Quit with the insults. Zidane is a legend. France played fantastic, they just had bad luck. They played with fairness and dignity unlike some people! France almost won anyway, I'm saying this for the tenth time, don't get a big head, because France was there on the door of victory. It was just a momentary lapse, a strike of bad luck, that they lost. Nobody on your cheating scoundrel of a team is even fit to lick Zidane's or Henry's or Trezeguet's shoe.

Okay, if no one told France that they lost the final match, why would they "keep on crying"?
It's fine if they feel that their country should have won, they have the right to support any team they choose. It's just that they should accept that the FIFA World Cup 2006 is over now, and Italy won the tournament.

they cried because they want their team to win..
they cried because they love their team..
they cried because their captain was insulted by a player whose skill is nothing than that of the legend..
and they cried because they knew that their team played so much better and deserved to win the cup..but unfortunately luck was not on their side and the other team cheated..well,though France lost to Italy,I'm still proud with them because they played with dignity and honour..and they didn't cheat to win the cup..and they showed their sport spirits..that's all what it takes to be a champion..and they are the real champion!! Well, you know...
When people really support on something they can cry a month for it if the team lost.
It's not about pride or cheat,
It's about who are you cheering for...
For example, me ( hehe ), I'm Indonesian, but damn...
I can't get over myself for one month bcoz of the fact that germany lost...
So, if France is their one and only fav team like germany is to me, they could cry as long as they want, right? ^.^
