Well, it is not the same for everyone. But it is possible at 4 months.

Well, I was 15 1/2 weeks when I first felt my babies, but I am having twins which typically allows you to feel them early. Even at 15 1/2 weeks with twins it was such a light fluttering that it would be EXTREMELY easy to miss the feeling. I actually was laying on my back with my hands on my stomach to feel it.
Most women feel their first baby between 18-20 weeks because then the baby is a little stronger to where it is definately the fetus and not gas bubbles or anything else. Anytime after 16 weeks is feasible with a singleton though. It gets very regular though by 21 weeks :)!
Good luck and congratulations!

The baby has arms and legs at less than 10 weeks gestation. It moves a lot! Kicking and squirming and summersaulting! You might not be able to feel him/her though untill you are around 5 months (20 weeks)

You should start feel the baby move about 4-5 months and then you will feel it all the way thru the time you have it.
