The problem is that many of us do believe that he is a murderer, etc. However, since a bare majority (less than 1%) elected him president again in 2004, he has what is called Executive Privilege. This prevents a president from legal action while he is president. The only thing that can happen to him is impeachment. But that has to be initiated by the Senate (controlled by Bush's party) and prosecuted by the House (controlled by Bush's party) (I may have those backwards, its not a frequent occurence).
We will see where things stand after the 2006 elections however...
And people, stop insulting this person's grammer. I assume, from the inverted question mark at the beginning of the question, that this person's native language is probably Spanish. How many of you can form one coherent sentance in another language?
