Would you invite him in for a cuppa and a girly chat, or move house?

DEF THE CUPPA, THERES SOMETHING GENUINE AND SEXY ABOUT A MAN THAT CAN OPEN TO A MORE FEMININE SIDE, IT DOESNT MAKE HIM ANY LESS BUTCH, OR LESS OF A MAN...ooops sorry caps lock!

but we girls wear, and have worn, mens things for years, its not men that have the problem with it, its WOMEN!

why shouldnt they feel sexy too, in the comfort of their own homes?

drag queens look more beautiful than most women i know

Sorry you had to find out about you husband this way, it is understandable you are grossed out, it is a natural reaction to shock and discovering you do not know all the interment thoughts of your husband. But, in all other aspects is he a good husband? Cross dressers can not help themselves, they will always need to cross dress. So I afraid that part of him will never go away, no matter how many times he clears out his femme wardrobe and genuinely tries to stop. So it will be necessary to agree rules by which he can enjoy his hobby. For instance no close friends, family are to know, he is not to come onto you whilst dressed as a woman, set a budget for his femme wardrobe. You could pursue a hobby of your own that takes you out of the house and this is time for him to dress, this way you do not have to see him dressed, then you can have the rest of the week together as a regular couple. The dildo is a separate problem, some cross dressers experiment with sex toys but often give it up, as most CDs are straight and do not enjoy anal sex in reality. You are going to have to sit down and talk to each other, more than once. Because you are both emotionally vunerable at the moment. I suggest marriage counseling a good councilor will help to mediate between you without imposing their view. Do not worry you will not be the first couple with this type of problem. I am a happily married cross dresser, my wife has accepted my cross dressing like you she was raised to consider it an abomination. Since talking to each other our marriage is stronger. A good link is 'The Northern Concord' where you can chat to other wives and partners.

I think people are way too narrow minded...it's so sad that this is even a subject. I have a friend who is a cross dresser and he has a girlfriend and the are very cool people. I'd definately hang out with them!! It wouldnt change a thing for me....everyone is different, that's what makes life interesting!!! To snub a person because of that is rude, shallow and narrow minded!! I think you should get to know these people, they could very well be the nicest people in your neighborhood!

Well he's obviously heterosexual. I bet he is masculine in other respects, so I wouldn't suggest treating him like a girl.

I suggest that the next time he's around you could get in an interesting conversation. Ask questions, and have a few that were prepared in advance. I'm sure he's heard them all. Your open conversation will help him feel more comfortable around you and you'll learn something too.

Please don't be judgmental. It's just an opportunity to learn more about life.

It would make no difference to me my neighbours are great and as long as he was happy I wouldn't care.

If it doesn't effect you personally, it's none of your business what he does. If they are your friends, continue being their friend. Who knows, maybe you might want to trade accessories or something.

I wouldn't care. Heck, I'm sadistic enough that I'd probably point "her" out to my husband to drool over. =)
