i guess the first question is are you a police officer or the criminal?
call your local p.d. and see if they are scheduled to film or call the producers of "cops".
my brother was on cops (he's a police officer). they chose his city because of the crime rate.

find out what town they are filming in next....dress like a hooker and stand on a corner....when the cops pass you, flash them!

They film in Fort worth ALL THE TIME. Just ho yourself out. Are you a crossdresser?

Move into a single wide trailer ... start smoking crack . be sure not to wear a bra or panties... and it couldn't hurt to lose a few of your front teeth.... and just sit/smoke and wait..they'll eventually come your way cameras in tow.
