I am Dominate, my wife is submissive. for us it works very well. We knew this about one another from the start, and it made our relationship rather strong. My own dominance and surety in myself carries into my work as well, and has helped me advance as I am very sure of my skills and know my limitations. My wife on the other hand makes a very good employee because of her very submissive nature. So I guess you would say our private lifee roles also merge into our professional lif roles and help foster our own careers. As for the uncomfortable, in the beginning I was a bit uncomfortable being as dominating as she wanted, but in time I grew accustomed to it and even to really enjoy it. I hope this helps.

I am both; I prefer both being dominant, and I also enjoy being submissive, to a certain extent. I've always been this way. It all depends on my mood, really.
