of course not it does not hurt when a guy have sex for the first time , infact you made me remeber the good old day i hope people will have sex before mastubating to feel what i felt the first day ........

That depends on his boyfriend WAIT-A-MINUTE let's backtrack and try this again...
I see one possibility...if he's not been circumcized. (Though I'm not really sure of the mechanics of this.)
It however can be just as scary. (Not that I'm claiming to know the entirety of the fems emotional make-up.)

Nope. But if he loves you, he will make sure that its as painless as possible. like my hubby said "I love you more than I love sex." Thats the way it should be.

only if she's really prickly or has spikes down there, if she bites him, or has a disease, that he will get stuck with for the rest of his life- then i bet that'd hurt
