dont get cell phones on ebay! they are all for the most part "blank" they are not programmed by the phone company you want, so they wont have anny aplications, you are getting ripped off on that, for electronics try overstock or amazon.com and then for bikes I would suggest a haro at harobikes.com

I don't know what state you live in, but here in california we get a mini newspaper called the PENNYSAVER. It has items people in one's neighborhood wish to sell. Most of the time items r really cheap or free.
If you don't get the Pennysaver try:
-Other newspapers.
-Garage sales
-Farmers markets
-Swap meets
-EBay

u could go to craiglist.com u can find a lot of stuff there that is cheap sometimes u can even find free stuff.
