I saw it! It takes place the night before and the day of Halloween. There's this guy(elderly) who doesn't let anyone on the yard or grass. Eventually Dj(Mitchel Musso) and his best friend Chowder see this house eat things. And eventually find out with this chick that this house is like a person.
