go to the Department of Agriculture's Animal Plant and Health Inspection Service site.....you can find it, I know you can.....but since African monkeys can carry such tremendously dangerous disease ( Aids, Ebola just off the top) you are going to have a REALLY tough time getting permits..it is, probably as suggested, a scam.......
