I think both are correct, although (or though) I am not an English teacher.

The meaning is the same. As conjunctions, they can be used interchangeably. The only difference I can think of is that "though" can be used in the phrase "as though," meaning "even if" and "although" can not be used that way. "As although" is not correct.
