I believe it sounds like the TARDIS taking off that's why they had to be got rid of from Trafalger Square. Too many people thought the Doctor was coming and in London that only means that the Daleks are about attack or the Cybermen. Or the Daleks AND the Cybermen

Funnily enough I was going to ask if anyone knew how to get rid of pigeons that have ensconced themselves ON chimney pot. What racket they make. It's alright in the winter because when the fire is lite they find another place to roost.

Mourning Doves make a creaking noise with their wings when they take off...it is to alert others to a predator.

their wings are pointed in such a way that they kinda disturb the air currents as thgey take off-yeah,kinda like a cieling fan.that creates a whistling sound.
