okay,girls,do you prefer just getting a natural manicure at the salon, or getting the fake nail thing done.the acrylic?and why?

I like my natural nails and then getting a french manicure on them, it's a classic look and goes with anything so you aren't matching your outfits to your nailpolish. Fake nails can make your real nails brittle and ugly so you'll always have to get fake nails to cover up your nasty real ones! It's a vicious cycle.

Natural nails manicure. Fake ones damage your nails, and when you remove them it takes a while before your natural nails go back to their original state.
Also maintaining a natural manicure is not as expensive as when you have fake nails. Depending on the type, you have to go back every couple of weeks for fills and shaping. I've never had it done simply because I couldn't be bothered wasting so much money. The money can go towards a manicure and pedicure together.

i love just getting a natural french manicure at the salon. the acrylic ones just hurt to take off and chip and get broken...of course this is an opinion thing because there are pros and cons to both (like fake nails might last longer and are smoother, etc)

The natural manicure is better for you if you have good hard nails that will grow. Since mine will not grow, I keep them natural until I have someplace I'd like to go then I get acrylic ones, long and blood-red. I'm from the old school and I like ***** nails.

I like real manicures. Fake nails are NOT cool. Anyway I like French manicures.

i love natural french manicures at a salon. they look so much better then fake nails and they don't look corny.

I heard that using fake nails isn't good for your natural nails cuz it doesn't allow your nails to "breathe." I'd definitely go to the salon, cuz it looks more natural and pretty.

i used to get the fake nails but they would damage my nails jus stick to the natural manicure if u want ur nails to grow.

Natural! The fake ones are pretty but they hurt too much when u try to take em off!
