I wanted to know if exercise played a factor in how tight a vagina is?? Not Kegel, I know that, but I mean regular exercise. Please explain

I have been doing Pilates and there are excercises that you can do to strengthen the pelvic floor muscle. In fact a number of the excercises I do incorporate the pelvic floor muscle as well as other core muscles. I concentrate on engaging all the muscles in my core before doing any exercise.

No sweetie is vaginal birth and too much sex that usually causes it!Nothing wrong with that unless you feel bad, then see a doctor.Good Luck!

No, exercise has nothing to do with it. Sex can cause it to stretch tho so can child birth.

Probably not, but keeping active can reduce menstrual cramps and PMS.
