I try and forget you and our life together.
My life just moves as a wind blown feather.
I try to control this emotional unrest.
You wanted divorce, I tried to contest.
The reason was clear. You refused to see.
All my desire was to stay married to thee.
You were my life, Our daughter too.
If it were color, A glorious hew.
What did I do. Was there something missing
Tears fall like rain. When I start to reminiscing
When did you change? I do not know.
I thought forever our love would grow.
It's been two years, Since we're apart.
The way I feel. You still in my heart.
I tried and tried to move past the pain.
I prayed to God. But all in vain.
You will meet another. That day I dread.
we promised till death. I'm better off dead.
I can't go on. Without you in my life.
A promise to God. Forever my wife.

BUT SHE ISN'T FOREVER YOUR WIFE. YOU ARE DIVORCED. YOU HAVE A NEW LIFE NOW.

Dude you seriously need to grow up and get on with your life. She probably left you because you're a psycho religious nutcase. I'd bet anything that part of the reason she left was because your sex life was so boring. You should abandon your silly mythology and think for yourself.

I like your poem. I especially enjoyed knowing that you are loyal. Yes she is/was your wife and now it changed. A friend told me once, "most people resist change yet it is the only thing that bring progress". Many blessings & peace to ya.
