i have a curvy body already but ...i dunno i want more.....i have a 100% flat stomach but i want the crease that goes down the center and i do hundreds of crunches a day and it never helps....someone help plzzz

try squats... its sore when you first start but its worth it if u do 150 a day give it a month and youll see the difference its worked with me hope this helps!! =)
