Oh absolutely. I've seen women that look barely pregnant at 8 months along. It's perfectly normal. Your uterus will have no problem accomodating your little one in there, so that's the last thing you need to worry about. :o)
I know you can't wait to start showing. I hate that period you go through when you just look bloated, then you just look like you gained a little weight, and THEN, finally, you start to actually look pregnant. Just give it time. Just worry about relaxing and eating right, and let your body do the rest! After all, making a baby is a lot of work. Relax while you can. :o) Best wishes!

Don't worry at all, honey - with my first baby I didn't show hardly at all until the 5th month! And even when I was 9 months pregnant everyone thought I was only like 6 months. It's just the way I carried my baby.
Your pooch will pop out a little but you may never get huge. And you don't want to, either, because the larger your tummy is the more uncomfortable you get and more strain on your back.
I am in my third pregnancy now and I'm also carrying small and low again. Maybe this baby is really deep inside and against your back like mine. I am 37 weeks along but my midwife says I only measure at 34 weeks (but my due date is right on b/c I knew the date of conception).
Best of luck with your ultrasound - it's an amazing experience!

Quit freaking out first of all. All women show differently. I didn't show until I was 5 months. And your stomach shouldn't be hard. The baby is tiny right now, probably about 1/2 lb if that. Secondly, talk to your doctor. That's what you have one for. First pregnancies are scary. But really...do you want advice on your baby from a bunch a ppl online that you don't know?

I didn't start showing until I was 7 months pregnant. I wore my own clothing until I was 7 months pregnant. I was always one to feel my baby moving around all the time. It was an amazing thing to beable to feel someone moving around in my tummy. I use to set a book on my tummy and watch it bump up and down when the baby would move. It is a great thing that you can feel your baby moving. It only becomes a concern when you can't feel it. So enjoy your baby because this is how it is letting you know that they are there and excited about being alive.

This is your first pregnancy. You wont show all that much in the beginning. Your body is stretching in new ways. Now with 2nd or 3rd kids you have a tummy right away, because your body knows where to go.

When i was pregnant I didn't show, at all, until i was about 6 months along. So it is very normal. Some woman never show. But yes, there is plenty of room in there for the baby.
Congratulations!!!

My rule of thumb about pretty much everything during pregnancy is.....Don't stress yourself out over stuff. Your doctor will tell you if they are concerned. If concerns your doctor it should concern you.
Also keep a list of any questions and concerns you have and take it with you to each doctors visit. If for some reason you don't like your doctor's answers or worse yet they won't answer your questions...Find another doctor

Don't worry. My Mom never showed with one of my brothers. She didn't believe the doc when he said she was pregnant. She showed with the other four. Some people just don't show much or not till the last few months.
Hope your ultra sound shows nothing wrong. I think it will. best wishes to you.

Your baby is still very tiny, hun. This is the slow growth period. When you get into the last 2 months, you'll be amazed at how fast your baby will grow. Just enjoy not looking pregnant right now. Before you know it, you'll be looking VERY pregnant.
