YES, because I would certainly want someone to tell me.

I would but then again I had it happen to me in high school. I was wearing a new dress and I felt so pretty. Then someone told me that I had been going around all morning with the back of my dress tucked into my pantyhose. When I asked her why she didn't tell me sooner, she said she noticed it earlier but couldn't get to me to tell me. All day long everyone was telling me things like nice dress or you look different today (I thought it was because I usually wore jeans)

God the last time I tried to tell a woman that something was wrong she almost ripped my head-off!
Still, I do glow thinking of her strutting her stuff down 5th Ave with her zip down the back of her frock undone, showing her butt and thong while being bra-less. Must've felt a real drip when she realised what I'd tried to prevent.
But in answer to your question yes! No one likes being a fool and laughed at.

i would in a discrete manner. in high school i had the pleasure of being asked to come to the board to complete a math problem when everyone found my math skills humorous my math teacher whispered in my ear that i had tucked the back of my skirt into my stocking. i pulled it out and completed the math problem... luck it takes a lot to make me embarassed... however being called math *** for the rest of the year was not too cool...lol

Yes, I would politely tell her as I would want to be told.
