If the papers have been filed, no, spend all the time you want together! First thing came to my mind, if he's a ex, why would you? There is a reason for him being an ex......so please move slow, and be careful with your heart. But know you have every right morally and legally to spend time with one another if they are legally seperated........Have fun, but be cautious! God bless us all..........

This is the websters definition of adultery: a·dul·ter·y ( P ) Pronunciation Key (-dlt-r, -tr)
n. pl. a·dul·ter·ies
Voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a partner other than the lawful spouse.
I guess it comes down to what you think it right and wrong. Many people who are seperated start to date. However, if he just says he is getting a divorce and hasnt started the proceedings, then that leaves some questions up in the air. There is nothing wrong with having friends. But if it is meant to be then there shouldnt be any reason why you cant wait to proceed until he is divorced.

To me, committing adultery is breaking the trust that your spouse has in you. If you feel like you haven't violated that trust, then it isn't adultery. If your spouse knows about it, then it's not adultery. Adultery has little to do with sex, but everything to do with trust.
Good luck

well you need to know he is on rebound mode. if you are sleeping with him then yes it is committing adultery until the divorce is final. and then you'll just be living in sin.

No...well...not yet anyway. But you ARE setting yourself up for that. Since you mentioned adultery then I will assume that you are familiar with a feeling of conviction. If you feel convicted about about it then it's a bad idea, period.

I would say not. But put the shoe on the other foot, how would does it feel? Tell your husband about it if it's not such a big deal.

If you have to ask then you must have a conviction over it. Go with your gut on this one.
