like she gave birth to him and never knew she had a son... u know how a guy sometimes goes on those shows to see if thats actually there son/daughter or gets a DNA test because they never knew they had a son

Lets take this apart a bit. Men do not have babies...physically. They may have sex with a woman...as many other guys may have sex with that same woman...over the same few days/hours/month (for whatever reason...eg shes a prostitute, she broke up with a guy and found a new one, she wasnt attached and therefore not obligated to anyone, she cheated). Bar a DNA test NO man knows for sure he is the father...he cant know because he cannot read a womans mind...he can only hope he is or isnt.
Women do have babies physically...feeling of watermelon coming out of your small vagina. Women can be obese, or gain so little birth weight, and have irregular periods (or enough stress so that they would put lack of periods down to that, or have a mental disorder, so that they may not know they are pregnant.
Could a woman have a child and not KNOW it. Maybe...if the mental problem was there or the lady had the child in a toilet and didnt look down to see the umblilical cord and child hanging out..and someone else cut her loose and didnt stop her walking away.
Methinks that the only way a woman would know she had not given birth to a boy would be if...she had amnesia due to a head trauma, had the child taken away soon after birth due to her signing adoption papers (and had the feeling it was a girl), was incapacitated during/after the birth....in a coma (and wasnt told the outcome)....had a mental disorder that prevented her from knowing anything from day to day (seen the movie 50 first Dates?).
I wouldnt put the word STUPID as relating to any of those scenarios...sad yes, stupid no. Could it happen...yes.

What are you asking? It the person has never seen the child, they will not know the sex... I think this can happen when you give your child up for adoption and dont want to have any connection to it.
