u gotta work at it there are no disadvantages to being married its a sacred union amongst 2 people.

A Major disadvantage is that if one person feels like it, they can leave you one day and expect half of everything you own. And there's not much you can do about it. If you have any doubts...DON'T DO IT!

No real disadvantages. I guess if I had to say any it would be that sometimes you have to compromise and not always have things your way.
