Yes, you can break it. The amount of blood would depend on her. Also, it may already be broken. A lot of different things can cause it to break; tampons, even horse riding. Also, there are some women born without one or with a thin one.
Make sure she wants it and makes sure she's turned on and wet enough. It hurts if you're dry.
