my ex boyfriend and i broke up 5months ago, but we still have feelings for each other, we get together every once on al while and talk and then it ends with us making out, or nearly having sex, we don't know what to do , b/c i'm 17 and he's 21 and we broke up b/c we felt we weren't ready to be in a deep relationship b/c he was going to Idaho this month for 6 months for school, and then next fall he was going to Minnesota for 2 years for more schooling, and we thought we were moving way to fast and that would make it hard to have a relationship with him being gone so long. But now that we broke up we do more sexual things now. we don't want to get back together too soon, we want to be sure its the right thing. But we can't move on from each otehr. what do i do?????

first of all let me tell you i know where it is you are coming from as i had the same thing with me minus the schooling thing. I dated this woman for 4 years and we finally broke things off however in the midst of 4 years we would break up and get back together and do sexual things as well like you and then we would break up again mostly it was her. what i am trying to say is simply this. you should let him go to school and if you love him like it sounds like you do then this will be the test to see if its right for you to be together.

I feel for you. I really do. When I was your age, I was in the exact same position that you are now and it went on for years! Finally, the only thing that worked to keep my sanity was to walk away. Do not talk to him, do not meet, do not have sex with him. I know how hard that is. It is hard to resist that temptation, but fill the time that you would have spent with him with something else. Myself, I started working out. Jogging every night to keep myself from going back. You can do it.

umm, yall sound like to me, you could be in a relationship. but what if he thinks he's found someone better after all you two have had together? you're gonna get hurt, no use in you getting hurt cause of a guy. But on the other hand you could be in love, & he might call you everynight while he's out there.....what do you feel is right?

Sounds to me like you're being used. If you are broken up, respect yourself enough to move on and stop letting the guy use you for a sperm dump.

same thing happened to me but your ex doesnt sound like an @$$hole my was you and your ex probably loves each other and by doing this you're gonna get hurt,girls tend to hurt alot more than guys (sorry i'm really tired and i miss my nail appointment:() :)

not to be nasty but you only go back to eachother because you are scare of being alone and its easier to go back to the familiar than move on. but u need to move on because sooner or later one of you guys will get bored and someone will get hurt... believe me i know.
