I think I would be part of that 1/3 - I don't think the Arab people were at fault or cased 9/11. I never did.

Silly as it sounds, I think it was a government conspiracy gone further than it was supposed to. Think of what people talked about the president before that? His party hearty daughters and his getting hit in the face with a pretzel! Now he's some damn hero. I don't think it was meant to be as big as it was - but I don't think it's as black and white as the government makes it out to be.

It was planned by former sen, Tom Daschall, d.SD. His wife was lobyist for the airlines. He got a CIA agent to convince olesammie benladden to send some of his 'warriors'over here. The cia arranged cover, visa's, tickets, plans, and put extra hot explosives into the luggage of the 'terrorists' . The tower owners wanted the towers demolished cause they knew the substandard construction would be soon found out and it would cost them billions to do the work the right way.. the airlines were nearly broke and when mrs. Daschell got in on it, she arranged easy access to tickets..and cockpits.. Puff got 300mil and some really lucrative contracts for his friends, Mrs Puff got 20 mil for negotiating the airline company bail-out from the govt. Mrs Slick Willie (aka: Hillarious Rodham-Clinton) made arrangements with the tower owners in exchange for a N>Y> state senate seat and 8 mil disguised as a bonus for that bogus book deal! Mr. hillary Rodham-Clinton (aka: BillyJeff Clinton) gets to be Secretary General..

It is true that a recent Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll found that 36% of respondents believe that federal officials either assisted in or had foreknowledge of and took no action to prevent 9/11. What is disturbing about these results is that it reflects a profound distrust of our government. My two cents is that the current administration has merely perfected a long tradition of dishonesty that, over the years, has eroded the citizenry's faith in our government. The Bay of Pigs, the Tonkin Gulf, Watergate, Iran-Contra, Lewinski, etc., etc., etc.: it all has taken a toll.

There are far to many people who actually believe this nutty conspiracy theory. This is why some right-wing pundit created the term 'Bush Derangement Syndrome'. This describes a mental condition where any nutty theory is considered valid as long as it is against Bush.

Examples include: Stolen Elections, 9/11, War for Oil, Halliburton, Bush as Hitler, etc.

Bush isn't the greatest president, he has his share of bad decisions, as does every president, but he isn't a dummy, a devil, a doper or a deserter, despite the shrill cries from the BDS crowd.

Where do people get stats like that from. I would be very surprised if 1/3 Americans thought that.

Maybe 1/3 Americans who sit and read conspiracy theories on the Web.....

Considering the Al Queda (not the "Arabs") have admitted it very publically several times I think the matter is decided.

No I don't think 911 was staged. I don't think Bush would be capable of handling a terroist network. Think about it. Do you really see Bin laden a religious leader of the muslims and a terroist and Bush agreeing on anything. The terroists Muslims are about as far away from American customs and materialism as you can get. seeing 911 as a setup is ridiculous.

Huh? I think many American's realize that an extremist faction that belongs to no Middle Eastern country were responsible for 9/11.

Actually, the CIA revived the aliens that crashed at Roswell, NM and brainwashed them into crashing into the Trade Towers. The CIA put Arabic bumper stickers on their UFO so the Arabs would get the blame.

I'd say that the US gov new that 9/11 was planned, but allowed it to go ahead so that we could go and wage and illegal war in Iraq, Afghanistan etc. What's next for the Bush Cheney roadshow??? IRAN!!!!
