A council dwelling house, in any different case established as a community authority dwelling house, is a sort of public or social housing. The term is used often interior the united kingdom and eire. Council residences have been outfitted and operated by applying community councils to grant uncrowded, properly-outfitted residences on look after tenancies at lifelike rents to often working class human beings.

None of us like paying the council tax but it's a fact of life that you have to pay your way. The council tax pays for essential services such as the police and the fire service, but, I don't think we should have to pay the extortionate figures that the councils allocate to themselves. We need street lights and the cleansing departments etc, but the councils overspend on unnecessary things, such as revamping their offices and councillors allowances, and we are expected to pay for it.
If you lived on a boat or in a caravan you would still have to pay council tax because you would still be benefiting from public services.
The only way you wouldn't have to pay it is if you are unemployed and claiming benefit. All of us mugs who work our arses off everyday would have to subsidise you with higher increases in our bills next year.

Unfortunatley everyone has to pay council tax, there is no getting out of it. I know that it does not seem like it is going to good use but it is we just don't always get to see what. For instance, someo f it goes into repairing the roads, cleaning up the areas where our kids play that sort of thing.

You can live in Wandsworth and pay a low council tax and if you live on your own you would get a further 25% reduction. Alternatively you could stay at a hotel.

Yeah, i think council tax is something you have to pay, no matter where you are.
Even people in the Territorial Army have to pay it when they are off fighting a war for 6+ months.
This country sucks.
The only people who probably dont pay it are the homeless.

I beleive if you live on a barge that moves around then you dont have to pay. I'm not sure how often the barge has to move though, but you'd then have to pay mooring fee's so really I dont think you'd save any money honey. you do get a 25% discount if youre on your own though!
