meduim to well with onion rings, peas, diane sauce with extra mushrooms with chunky chips.
When i was cooking in a restaurant this man i think it was a man asked for a blue steak (for people out there who doesn't know what that is ) it is when you place a steak in a frying pan and flash in the frying pan. This was the first time i heard about this. I mean come on you might aswell kill a cow carve it up and get chewing what's the point?

you are not weird medium rare is the only way to have it as it keeps the flavour well done just burns all the taste away, and i bet if you asked 10 chefs if steak should be well done they would laugh only junk food fanatics like it well done because they do not know what proper food is!

Once had a vary rare steak, flash fried and then double cream with peppercorn was added to heat briefly. Served immediatly with a dark Rioja.
Hmm. I'm hungry

Im a little more fussy- I like it slightly pink but not with blood running through it. You aren't weird people eat it mainly that way so dont worry its called personal choice and we are all entitled to it
