Ok my question is.... Is there any noticeable changes of the cervix, discharge or temperature after conception like BEFORE a pregnacy test can confirm. For example if you get the egg white discharge and you "do the deed" lol, and you conceive would the discharge stop. ANY and ALL advise PLEASE

And also my ovulation day was yesterday but didn't do any thing because hubby was at work but last night I felt pains in my left side I swear it feels like an ovary lol almost like little period cramps. I still feel them a little now. What is this.

Thank You

the cramping pains are most likely due to the ovary releasing an egg...which means you need to have sex in the next 24 hours....the earliest sympom of pregnancy is a missed period or morning sickness...usually 14 days after conception...good luck!!!

Most likely the discharge will not stop. My discharge actually got worse when I was pregnant (I have three kids). As far as ovulation: some women have painful ovulation. When I ovulate I sometimes feel like I'm having a very bad period. (My doctor says it's nothing to worry about-it's mainly hormones.) You probably won't notice any signs of pregnancy for at least a week after fertilization, especially if this is your first pregnancy. And sperm lasts 48-72 after ejaculation, so it is possible if you had sex the day before your most fertile day you could still get pregnant. Don't stress too much about it. Wait until the first day of your next period and take a test. Many tests can determine the pregnancy hormone before the first day of your period, but I think it's best to wait so you have a better chance of not getting a false negative. Good luck!!!

When you conceive, your temperatures will stay elevated instead of going down like they do a couple of days before your period is about to begin. So that might be one clue.

Your mucus discharge might not change dramatically, though, especially if conception did not occur on the actual date of the sexual act. Plus, the mucus flow "dries up" after ovulation anyway, whether you conceived or are getting ready for your period.

The crampy pain in one side might actually be ovulation pain or "mittleschmertz" as it's technically called. If it was pain from implantation, you would feel it 10-14 days after your estimated day of conception which it seems to early for now.

First, the little pain you are feeling is probably you ovulating. I get that every month. Second, the discharge won't stop. There is no way to know for sure if you are pregnant before a test can confirm it. By the way, sperm can stay viable inside you for 2 days.
