My stomach starts growling at me. And it can growl really loud!!! It starts to feel like my insides are eating themselves and sometimes I get cramps until I eat.

ur stomach starts to feel like knives are poking at u and then it feels like its about to cave in.if u wait to long u feel like u cant stand up and ur gonna pass out if u dont get something to snack on.thats how it feels like.
