i have a picture of a building on a sheet of paper. i would like to scan the pic so i can copy it on a save document in my email. how do i do this.thanks.

Sometimes a scanner comes with scanning software, use that if you can. Otherwise, you need a graphics editing program like photoshop which will detect the scanner. You go into the file menu and say import, the scanner name will show up there.

Your scanner should have come with software for the job.

If it didn't, then you ought to be able to use the "Import" or "Acquire" feature in any image editing software to scan the picture.

you need a scaner & then just push scan

or have a priter/scaner
