I ask this because I am not a particularly forceful, direct person. What's the best thing for me to say in this situation? Thanks!

Well for one it is to late to say anything this time. If it happens again just tell the manager that you want your money back, and then tell them you won't be coming back to this starbucks. If he does give you your money back tell him thanks and still give him your buisness.

Just tell him that there was a hair on your crumb cake, and that either you would like another piece or your money back. Remember - the customer is always right!

Tell him About it and say I either want a refund or another crumb cake.....And if he says no......Say I will alert the newspapers and the police ....because you dint know if he did it on purpose or an accident

tell him that u found that in there, and u were wondering if u could please hav a diff one. if their nice or fair they might even give it to u free or discounted. also, show him the hair.
