I don't think so, but it is frowned upon and a possible delay of game if carried on too long.
It would not bother me in the least if they did.

The NFL Banned any celebration involving the ball or any foriegn object. Basiclly Chad Johnson cant do pylon putting anymore but he can do Riverdance.

Just shy of it, I believe from what I have heard that you can't use anything else like a prop. Also the celebration can't take too long or the player will get a delay of game call, and probably a couple of other things I left out.

I wanna say yes but I think they made a league-wide warning to everyone to not get over-zealous with celebrating like they do in NCAA football. I'm waiting to see what T.O. will do this year since Parcells is a no-nonsense coach!

No they didnt they said that you cant get on the ground or the use the ball as a prop and that if it goes on too long the ref will stop you
