How do I secure my Belkin wireless connection. I'm too frustrated with the Belkin 'support' staff.

You left out a lot of details like the model of your router.

However in general there is a setup screen in the router which will allow you to turn on wireless security and enter a password or code. This code must then be entered on both your laptop and desktop computers in order to access the wireless connection.
