The mother has custody of the children, and we were never married. But she has recently moved out of state with her new ex-con husband, and I'm scared she will stop me from seeing my children. I have tried finding a pro-bono lawyer through a local number but can't get a real person to talk to, I have tried everything I can think of even using DSS but it has been2 months since I tried and still have heard nothing. Can anyone help or know someone who may know how to help?

I strongly suggest you

#1 File a petition in your current state for visitation rights

#2 Follow her out of state. File again in the new state. Create a paper trail. Those are your kids too, you have a right to see them. If you have to, represent yourself.

Just do the research. But try to get it where the visits happen with a third party (someone that does neutral exchanges) like the police department or outside agency, so that she cannot flake on bringing the kids to you for visitation.

Everything needs to be recorded. But if you live in the same state she'll have no good reason why shes refusing you access to them.

Never any domestic violence disputes, correct?

If you file against her first, and you can show the judge that you dropped everything to move and be near your children because they need you and you need them, and you are concerned about an ex con who is living with them-the judge might be more willing to hear your side of things. Ask for joint custody.
