I don't think there is any doubt.

Career Rush Yards: 13662
Career Receiving Yrds: 1449
Career TD's: 94

One of the best RB/FB type running backs of all time. Won a superbowl in final game and is well liked by fans and players. Not to meantion 13 years in the league and last 10 with same team.

I think Bettis is a shoe in.

he will, but he's not a shoe-in his first time up. really depends on what other players are up for induction as well. i mean, he has good numbers, but not eye-popping numbers. no MVP awards, no rushing titles, doesn't have things like that. he does have longevity working in his favor though. as for people who said he has a superbowl ring, Bettis was a non-factor that game. If Thurman Thomas can't get in his first time, than there is no way Jerome Bettis will.

Is it dark inside a goat? Hell yes J.B. will make the "Hall". The man was a team leader,a clock killer, a fan favorite. He'll make it on the first ballot. He was unstoppable when the game was on the line(except for one play in Colt's game!)

Unfortunately yes he will. There gonna use all those clips of him running over little cornerbacks instead of showing how slow and unefficient he was without another back to help him
