Captain Crunch would win for sure. All he has to do is crunchatize Tony's *** and chop him up. As for Tony with a chainsaw, he's a damn tiger! He'd probably cut himself up in the process of figuring out how to use the chainsaw.

Captain Crunch has magic powers. He can make huge clouds of cereal appear and fly around at will. He can distract Tony enough to cut of his arm holding the chainsaw and then it's all over.
It would have been cooler if you'd made it a Fatal Four involving Lucky the Leprechaun and the Trix Rabbit.

Neither....Because I actually seen this fight.....During the fight the Boo berry Ghost came by and represented....he owned both there bottoms!!!!
