In general, a woman stops growing at approximately 22 years old. But she will, of course, have larger breasts during pregnancy and will reduce when over. There you go. ;)

There's not a particular age...Breasts are made of fatty tissue, so as weight is gained and lost, size changes. Especially with pregnancy. Most likely, though, the size doesn't vary by more than 1 or 2 cup sizes.
