What does it Mean when my computer says "A run time error has occured do you wish to debug"? I don't get it.

Everytime I go to a different website there is a sound, then a note that reads " a run time error has occured do you wish to debug" ...I just always click no and go on. but it gets annoying.

You have a script debugger running on your computer.
Whenever there is an error on someone elses web site you will get this message.

it means you have a java runtime error.

reinstall java http://www.java.com/
