We're all the same except society needs to catagorize everyone and force labels on humanity. GLBT people live, love, create, pray and breath and pay taxes and deserve the respect a so called straight person would expect from fellow humans. GLBT have been around and will be around till the end of time so get used to it.
You could also ask the same question as to why black people are black and white people are white, right? Why do they have those names attached to their skin color? Who gives them those names? Why is it black people will always be viewed as second class to a white man? Why are women second behind a man? I know you don't want me to go on so I'll stop.
I feel these types of questions regarding someone elses sexual preference usually come from people who are not secure with their own sexual identity. Because if they were they would "not see the differences" in others as compared to themselves. Look up the word EMPATHY in the dictionary.

It is a physiological thing. One might ask: Why do people come in different races?,or, Why do dogs have different breeds?, or, Why does the earth spin?. Accept it and move on. There are many other way more important concepts to ponder. Like how many angels can you fit on the head of a pin?

That's how they are made, just as heterosexuals are made that way.
Sexual orientation (gay, bi, straight) is such a small part of who a person is - please try looking past that and seeing people as a whole for who and what they are. Your question is clearly posed out of hatred or fear - both weaknesses in you. You really need to get past that.

Its a way of life. Some people are straight on others aren't. Its just like your race and gender you don't decide it, it just happens.

It's the way we were made. Why do you have to be straight? Its the way you were made. It's not that hard to understand.
