it was on 94.5 this morning here in houston and i didnt get the address to the site.... its like when you call your cable or internet or even the bank and it tells you exactlly what numbers to push to bypass all that stuff to get a live person on the phone. any one know the site.... its something like gethuman.something

i doubt there is one specific web site for that. simply because each company uses diferent phone system, and has very diferent configurations.
when i call companies i ask for operator(it is usually the quickest)
and then just ask hinm what i need. Simply because all of the people are trained to do the same thing, even though they are assigned only specific task for the day.

sometimes if you press 0, you will get the operator. Some companies have fixed it so you can't do things to get through. The internet has some companies you can talk to real people with IM''s.
