I'm thinking Oompaloompas swinging barbwire baseball bats might be a little quicker on their feet than members of the Lollipop Guild with sledgehammers.
Oopaloompas are multitaskers by nature as well, and they seem like they'd be all over the Lollipop Guild in a heartbeat.

An oompaloopa because in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the oompas were more productive, hyper, and creepy. The Lollipop Guild Guys were peaceful and quiet and are now ruled by Glenda the Good Witch of the North.
Plus, Oompaloompas are real (I have one right now doing my dishes.), while Lollipop Guild Guys were just a character in Dorthy's dream)
