Just because you have feelings for someone of the opposite sex does not make you bi,it depends on the kind of feelings and how far you are actually willing to let it go,maybe you should just ask her to hang out and slowly explain how you feel once you know her a little better.And after you are sure that`s what you want because you do not sound so sure about it.
