i moved from IN to Florida need to be certierfied for this state

To change your CNA certification to another state all you need to do is first get employed in that field. Through that company you can re-certify. Also if you call the number on the back of your card, which you should do every year to keep updated, you can ask them to change your status.
I know in Wisconsin, the CNA certification is nationally recognized, in other words I can practice in any state.

You will need to contact the Indiana Department of Health. They will review your credentials and work history. If you still hold an active and valid certification, you might be able to transfer your certification to Indiana. You will then have to fill out a transfer by reciprocity form and mail it to them. I'm not sure about the fees, but the time it takes to complete depends on how fast you send them the application form.

first of all, you need to fill out the CNA application for the state you are going to move to. difference state has difference requirement. you need to check it out.
