It was at a pet store and they all were like that! and then the guy said that there was a parisite in the puppys! i want to know if i should tell someone.

Hampters, Rats and many other animals that do a lot of breeding usually have larger testes. Some almost drag on the ground. It is normal and natural and I wouldn't worry about it.
As for the puupies having a paracite, they had better not have been trying to sell them, because all puppies have to have health certificates to be sold, if he was trying to sell them call your local ASPCA or any other agency that deals with animals, if you don't have any call the police, not 911, just the regular police number and tell them what you saw.

I don't know about the hamsters, but puppies with parasites need to be checked....it means they are coming from a less than desirable source, or have been mistreated at the pet store. Call your local animal control office, or ASPCA NOW!!!

Male hamsters do carry quite a load, it makes it easier to tell them apart and is normal. I bred hamsters for 10 years and trust me I was thankful for the tell tell signs otherwise it would have been tough to group hamsters into the proper cages!!!!

All male hamsters are like that, But if the petstore puppies are sick, you need to report it.
