The answer depends on what you need the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) for. For ease of use, and great feature, I would recommend a Palm-based PDA.

For your budget and needs, I would look at the Palm Z22 handheld. The Palm Z22 is the entry level handheld from Palm, but it is feature-packed for your needs, and fits your budget.

If you want to spend a bit more, and also get an SD slot to expand you handheld, you should look at the Palm Tungsten E2

Look at the Palm series of PDA's they are probably the best. HP, Compaq, and Dell all make PDA's which would defintily be good selections.

I like the Palm Range

The Z22 is a great machine, my wife has one, and I run a T5.

The nicest things about them are:
Simple to use
Simple to set up
Lots of available software
Software is cheap, but fully functional
Can interface with Windows
Programs have a small foot print

Second hand ones are quite often available, but for the price the Z22 should do you, it does everything you want and more

You`ll be lucky to get bluetooth or wirless with that kind of money but do not despair. There are loads on ebay for that kind of money. I would suggest the HP brand. I bought one a few months ago (on ebay) and it has lived up to its promise in every way

pocket pc xda is the best pda.. but you sound like you just need a organiser, you can get a nice sharp one from argos for £30..
also a decent mobile will have a address book, calender, notes section,mp3 player in it.. like my sony w550i does...

For ease of use and choice of software, I'd recommend Palm PDAs.

Read the blog below. You might even find one for sale, particularly if you are not averse to owning a used one.
