That's hard to answer...
Err, well, some of my favourite characters are Sai from Hikaru no Go, Cain from Godchild, and Tsuzuki from Descendants of Darkness(aka Yami no Matsuei). Mostly, its Tsuzuki, then Cain, then Sai.
