Slim to none. There are usually only 2 reasons for a false + on a home test. 1. If you are on a hormone treatment that contains HCG, or 2. If you have a Chemical pregnancy, in which the egg does not properly inplant and is flushed out with a period, but the HCG levels rise enough to show up on a home test.

Slim to none, you very rarely get false positives. If anything is false on a home test it would be a negative. Go to the doctor for a professional test to be sure. Good luck

I have never heard of a false positive., If the hormone is there, its there. I could be wrong but I have only heard of there being false negatives stemming from the lack of hormones associated with pregnancy. There wasnt enough to detect. Go to doctor for a bllod test, but I am sure I am right, There are no false positives.

Usually on the box of the test, it says the reliability of the test. Some are more reliable than others.

The test are correct. They test for HCG (which you only have if you are pregnant) and if it detects it... then it reads postive!!
