Go to Mensa's website and take their preliminary test to get the most accurate online results. If you score high enough, they will put you in contact with your local Mensa group who will then invite you to take the official test, upon which, with a high enough score on that test, they'll invite you to join Mensa.

There is not really a limit. Well, the person with the highest IQ is supposedly Marilyn vos Savant who has an IQ of around 230.

An IQ of 140 is very superior/near-genius level. (wow!)

Marilyn Vos Savant's 228 IQ is as a child. Child IQs are less accurate and has a higher standard deviation than an adult IQ test. Marilyn Vos Savant's Adult IQ has been ranked at 186.

The person with the highest IQ alive today is suppose to be Kim Ung-Yong from South Korea, whose IQ was ranked at 210.

"Testers have only been able to estimate the IQ of Kim Ung-Yong, who was born in Seoul, Korea, on March 7, 1963. His IQ has been placed at exceeding 200. He was fluent in Japanese, Korean, German, and English by his fourth birthday.

At four years, eight months he solved complicated calculus problems on Japanese TV. He is considered to be the most brilliant person alive.

One factor may be that his parents, both university professors, were born at precisely the same moment: 11:00 a.m., May 23, 1934."

Duno what the limit is, depends on the size of the test, but 140 is pretty high, 80-100 is average.

It depends on what kind of test you had, what the institution was and if the administrator was qualified. There are different scales for various tests. Watch out - some are scams.

usually the tests go to about 180. depends on the test. some of them are totally inaccurate. your best bet would be to actually go in person to get it done. the internet isnt exactly accurate.
