Yes and no.

There's not like a curse that makes people short with small penises. At the same time, the penis isn't floating, its attached internally, and if you build up fat around it, the amount of penis outside the body is smaller. The area around the base of the penis isn't a major fat store-area, i'd guess you might see a differance of half an inch on a 50 lb weight gain/loss.

Um, no. Not true at all. The size of a man's body is not related to the size of his penis. Remember, the average erect penis size is 5 inches (same size as a Mars bar)... if you're having issues with what's normal or not.

well i heard that if u exercise, and burn the fat around that area, it will look a bit longer.
