No. It's made for action. But, overmasturbating can lead to addiction and a bunch of other crap. Do it in moderation, and you're fine. I've heard it can be good for you, kind of like that daily glass of red wine.

I guess if you do it excessively.
Excessively would be like, over 5 times a day...which is pretty extreme to do.
In moderation it is actually quite healthy. It releases hormones and oils in your body that will make your hair and skin glow and soft.
It also is a good cardiovascular exercise, believe it or not.

It depends on the body resistance and stamina. I have been doing it for 25 yrs and looks good, long and broad. Rest when you feel tired. Semen should be thick like ghee and not watery.

You can't damage your penis if you're using only your hands. If you try and insert things into it, or if you try and insert it into things that aren't meant to be used as sex toys, then you could damage it.
Other than that, no, you can't damage it by masturbating.
