anyone else had this and what can i do (except go back to my doctor cos thats a waste of time)?

It'll pass in a few days. You may have had the same pains when you went on to Citalowpram (I did), this is just the body re-adjusting again.
Be good to yourself for a few days, bit of exercise a little if you can, just consider yourself 'in rehab' for a while and be patient.
Nice one for coming off the tablets!

That is some of the side effects, but worse the pills can make you having an illness you never should have, but will be permanent for life. Psychoses, Neuroses and Schizophrenia just to mention some of them. Fling them away, your life isn't so bad and remember take care of your life, pills can't help you. You can only become a victim to the industry that makes those pills.
